This Privacy Policy applies to Mulika Audio Safari (MAS) (mulikastudios.com/safari and mulikaaudiosafari.com).

Mulika Audio Safari is a division wholly owned and operated by Mulika Studios Ltd ("Mulika Studios", "we", "us", or "our"), which serves as the data controller under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda.

When you explore, audition audio, purchase licenses, or subscribe to Safari Passes, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and encrypted password credentials shared across Mulika Studios and Audio Safari.
• Transaction & License History: Purchase details for individual track licenses (LIBRARY_LICENSE) and Safari Passes (SAFARI_PASS), billing details, Mobile Money references, and card receipts via Flutterwave.
• Download & Audition Analytics: High-resolution WAV/MP3 asset download logs, audio preview stream counts, search query filters, and licensing activity necessary for verifying license compliance and calculating performer splits.
• Technical Metadata: IP address, browser user-agent, device type, and essential session cookies (`jose` signed JWTs).

We process your data to fulfill license agreements, deliver audio files via Cloudflare R2, generate license certificates, and calculate royalty splits for traditional musicians and contributors.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers (Cloudflare R2, Resend for transactional emails, Flutterwave for payment processing) and regulatory bodies where required by law.
