What turnaround can we expect on a standard project?
Essential-tier projects ship in 5–7 business days. Professional-tier accounts get 3–5 business days with expedite options, and Enterprise/Studio Partner accounts run a 48–72hr standard lane with priority rush available.
Do you sign NDAs or work under confidentiality terms?
Yes. Unreleased footage, talent audio, and pre-launch campaign material are handled under standard confidentiality terms by default, and we sign client-supplied NDAs on request.
How is pricing structured for agencies?
Pricing is scoped per project against the service line and runtime band, with volume discounts at 4+ deliverables a month (Professional) and 8+ a month (Enterprise). We don't publish a flat hourly rate because runtime, source quality, and revision count all change the real cost of doing the work properly — every request gets a confirmed quote within one business day.
Can you take on a recurring monthly or retainer relationship?
Yes — that's the Enterprise / Studio Partner tier: a dedicated engineer, a named account lead, and a custom monthly retainer scoped to your volume.
What do you deliver besides the final mix?
Every tier includes a mixed-and-mastered bounce. Professional and above can request stems on delivery, and Enterprise accounts get full spec delivery matched to their pipeline.
